Wood Fuel in Cumbria

Cumbria Woodlands are running training courses on wood fuel and wood chips in April and February 2008. So if you are interested in wood as a heat source or learning more about what makes a good wood chip for heating have a look.

Thanks to funding from Leader +, the Forestry Commission and Cumbria Vision Cumbria Woodlands are running a project during 2007/08 which focuses on developing the wood fuel agenda in Cumbria.

  • The final element of this project is mapping out opportunities and needs for the wood fuel sector within Cumbria.
